These terms govern your access to and use of inzodesk.net, the marketing website operated by Inzodesk. Use of the Inzodesk product (the workspace and application available to customers after signup) is governed by a separate customer agreement provided at that point.
By accessing or using inzodesk.net, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use this site. The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
You may browse the site, read our content, watch the demo, submit our contact and support forms, and otherwise engage with the site for personal or business evaluation of Inzodesk. You may not (a) attempt to circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure, (b) scrape, crawl, or harvest the site at a volume that disrupts service for others, (c) submit false or misleading information through any form, (d) use the site to send spam, malware, or any unlawful content, or (e) reverse-engineer the site for the purpose of building a competing product.
The site, its content, design, code, and the Inzodesk name and marks are the property of Inzodesk or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive no license to use any of it beyond the personal evaluation described above. Trademarks of third parties mentioned on the site (for example, helpdesk vendors in comparison content) belong to their respective owners.
When you submit a contact or support form you confirm that the information is yours to submit and is accurate. You grant Inzodesk a limited right to use that information to respond to your inquiry and to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not own the content you submit.
We aim to keep the site available, but we provide it on a best-effort basis. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. We do not commit to a specific uptime for the marketing site (uptime commitments for the Inzodesk product, when applicable, live in the separate customer agreement).
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Inzodesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability arising from these terms or your use of the site will not exceed one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to highlight it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
