This policy explains what personal data Inzodesk collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we process and why
We process contact-form data to respond to inquiries (legitimate interest / pre-contract), product-update emails when you opt in (consent), analytics and ad measurement when you grant the relevant cookie category (consent), and request logs for hosting and security (legitimate interest). Data is processed by Supabase (EU), Mailgun (EU), Google Analytics (US, SCCs), Google Ads (US, SCCs), Vercel (EU/global), and Cloudflare (Turnstile). Contact-form data is retained for 24 months; analytics for 14 months; hosting logs for 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and obtain a copy of your data; to withdraw consent at any time; and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (CNIL in France). Contact privacy@inzodesk.net to exercise these rights. We respond within one month.
Deletion
On request we delete your contact-form record from our database, add your email to the Mailgun suppression list, and ask the internal team to purge preserved copies. Some data may be retained for legal-compliance reasons.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies (consent, language, security). Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and marketing cookies (_gcl_*, _gac_*) load only when you opt in. Open cookie preferences from the link in the footer to change your choice.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Updates
When this policy changes materially we update the date above and prompt you for fresh consent.
